Student Services & Accessibility
First Nations House houses the Office of Aboriginal Student Services (OASSP) and the Native Students’ Association. OASSP provides culturally supportive student services and programs to Aboriginal students at the University of Toronto.

Based out of OISE at the University of Toronto, the Indigenous Education Network is a group of students, faculty and community members who share a common commitment to and passion for Indigenous education and research.
The Infinite Reach: Métis Student Solidarity Network is a community of Métis learners across Ontario universities and colleges. The network was formed to provide Métis students with the support of the Métis community in order to inspire them to achieve their full potential. Infinite Reach led by postsecondary student facilitators with the goal of enriching and enhancing Métis students’ postsecondary education experience. The Native Students’ Association has an office and a lounge at First Nations House where students can relax, work on an essay, enjoy a cup of coffee, and develop new friendships. The NSA also organizes regular meetings, social gatherings and events throughout the year.
Accessibility Services offers confidential support to students with documented disabilities to ensure their academic success. They also provide assistance to students looking to proceed with diagnostic testing of functional challenges impeding academic performance. At present, documented disabilities include the following categories:

- Brain Injury (with mobility effect)
- Chronic Health
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Learning Disability and ADHD
- Low Vision / Legally Blind
- Mental Health
- Mobility and Functional Issues
